HVLS fan with German Lenze brand gear motor

Traditional reduction motor drive
German Lenz brand deceleration motor, traditional stable with low noise.50/60Hz, IP55 protection level,
IE2 energy efficiency, including reduction gearbox. Need transmission lubricant. Maintenance free, motor efficiency up to 81.5%.
Frequency conversion speed controller
Integrated control inverter; IP55 protection level; equipped with start and stop buttons, stepless speed adjustment knob, indicator light; with overload protection, voltage impact protection, phase loss protection and other protection functions.

Fan blade
Made of magnesium-aluminum alloy 6063-T6, it is high-strength and durable. The cross-section of the blade is a propeller streamline, with low wind resistance and high energy efficiency. The two ribs and over-reinforced structure have a thickness of 2mm and a blade width of 180mm to avoid blade fatigue fracture.
Fan blade connector
Made of No. 45 steel with thickness to 15 mm. The plug-in connector fully contacts the cross section of the fan blade reinforcement. The connection length reaches 15cm and the stress area reaches 195 square centimeters. It disperses stress and reduces the wear caused by the connector on the fan blade, ensure the safety of fan operation.
